FALL Farm Group Admission Policy

 

*EVERYONE MUST PAY THE ADMISSION FEE!

This includes parents, teachers, friends and children ages 24 months and up. (Children 23 months and under are admitted free!)

We have a 20 person minimum to get our group rate. Payment may be paid in advance or upon arrival.

PAYING UPON ARRIVAL:
When paying upon arrival, please have one person make payment for your group at our Admissions Barn. If additional admissions are needed after the initial payment, the price will be higher than our group rate. So be sure you have an accurate count when making your payment to avoid problems for your group.  Parents cannot pay the group rate individually, they must be included in the group’s payment (either in advance or upon arrival)

PAYING IN ADVANCE:
When paying in advance and not using a credit card, please allow five (5) business days for your payment to reach our office. If groups need additional admissions upon arrival, please have one person from the group/school make payment at our Admissions Barn (to get the special group rate). If additional admissions are needed after this at-gate purchase, the price will be higher than our group rate. Parents are not able to pay the group rate on their own but must purchase with the group, either in advance or upon arrival.  

*With our group admission rate, groups receive 1 free admission sticker for every 20 admission stickers that are purchased (excluding summer camps).

 

We have a NO REFUND POLICY.
